Studio finances are sensitive. Our monthly pricing is upfront and transparent, and the transaction fee is charged once per checkout — not per item, not per student, not bundled with hidden markups.

0.75% per checkout, capped at $2. No hidden processing markups. No tiered fee schedules. No surprise charges at the end of the month.
This small fee supports and improves the online payment tooling — refunds, processing, fraud protection. You'll always see exactly what you're paying and to whom.
A pricing promise
Atelier Studio™ uses grandfathered pricing. If we ever raise prices later, your subscription stays at the rate you started with — for as long as you keep your plan. If we ever drop prices, you can switch plans to pick up the new rate; yours never moves on its own.
Handled automatically by Stripe Billing. The locked rate appears on every invoice.

Text messaging
Email is included on every plan. Text messages — SMS, RCS, or WhatsApp — go through carrier compliance and registration. We handle the legal hoops and pass the actual costs through to you, with nothing marked up.
This is a one-time fee that covers TCPA compliance and registration with The Campaign Registry — Atelier Studio™ handles all of it on your behalf. It covers:

Monthly allowance
We never stop sending if you hit the limit. Anything beyond is $0.01 / message, passed through at carrier cost. We'll notify you before it happens.
I priced this the way I'd want it as a studio owner: what you see is what you pay. No per-location markups, no per-student surprises. And if prices ever go up, yours doesn't — your rate is locked from the day you subscribe.

Common questions
Anyone who, in the current month, signs a waiver, signs up for a class, pays for a class, or joins a waitlist. The counter resets monthly. Starter includes 100; Standard and Premium are unlimited.
No per-location charge, ever. No per-student charge on Standard or Premium. The Starter plan includes 100 active students with a $0.25 per-student overage above that. Multi-location support is included with Premium.
Directly to your own Stripe account. We never hold your money. We'll help you set up a new Stripe account or connect an existing one as part of onboarding.
